49 year-old female 8 months status post lipoabdominoplasty (tummy tuck with liposuction of abdomen and flanks). Patient has a history of several abdominal procedures, hence the contour irregularities of the lower abdomen on the preop photos. Tummy tuck scars are well hidden by undergarments.
